If you have used any MN Game Verse products or services and would like us to delete any personal data associated with your account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

• Send us an email at privacy@mngameverse.com with the subject line:
  "Data Deletion Request – MN Game Verse"
• In the email body, include:
  • Your account username or profile name (exactly as it appears in your account).
  • Your unique player or account ID, if available (found in account/profile settings; otherwise, you may skip this).

What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity and the account information provided.
• Upon verification, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems and from any third-party services we use (e.g., account management or analytics platforms).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

• Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution or enforcing agreements).
• Once your data is deleted, your account, progress, and saved information will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
