Human Clash : Data Deletion Request

If you have played Human Clash: Chase And Crush and would like us to delete any personal data associated with your account, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

• Send us an email at privacy@mngameverse.com with the subject line:
  "Data Deletion Request – Human Clash: Chase And Crush"
• In the email body, include:
  • Your in-game username (exactly as it appears in your profile and in the leaderboard).
  • Your unique player ID, if available (found in account/profile settings; otherwise, you may skip this).

What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity and the account information provided.
• Upon verification, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems and from any third-party services we use (e.g., PlayFab).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

• Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution or enforcing agreements).
• Once your data is deleted, your game progress, leaderboard ranking, and saved profile will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
