Human Clash : Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Human Clash: Chase And Crush app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by Naqeeb Masood (“Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

User Provided Information

The Application may acquire information you provide when you voluntarily register an account or update your profile. Registration is optional, but without it, certain features (like leaderboards) may be unavailable.

  • Profile Name: Used to identify you on leaderboards, stored on PlayFab servers for gameplay purposes only.

The Service Provider may also use this information to contact you with important notices or promotional offers.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Device ID (SystemInfo.deviceUniqueIdentifier) – used solely for authentication with PlayFab.
  • Device type, operating system, and browser type (if applicable).

Location Information

The Application does not collect or store precise location information.

Third-Party Services and Analytics

We use third-party services for core functionality, such as:

  • Unity 3D: Game engine services.
  • PlayFab: Authentication, player progress storage, leaderboard management.

The Application does not use Unity Analytics.

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted externally. Information may be shared:

  • As required by law.
  • To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.
  • With trusted providers operating under strict privacy agreements.

No ads are displayed, and no user data is shared with advertisers.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention

User-provided data is retained as long as you use the Application. Automatically collected data may be stored for up to 24 months in aggregate form.

Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your personal data:

  1. Email privacy@mngameverse.com with the subject: Data Deletion Request – Human Clash: Chase And Crush.
  2. Include your in-game username and device ID (if available).

Upon verification, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems and third-party services like PlayFab. This will remove all progress and leaderboard data and cannot be undone.

Children’s Privacy

No personal data is knowingly collected from children under 13. If discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

We maintain safeguards to protect your data, though no method is 100% secure.

Changes

Policy updates will be posted at Privacy Policy. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
