These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Human Clash: Chase And Crush mobile application (“Game”) developed by Naqeeb Masood (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Game.
You may choose to create a profile name, which will appear in the in-game leaderboard.
You are responsible for ensuring your profile name does not contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to remove or change profile names that violate these rules.
While using the Game, you agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including graphics, sounds, and code) remain the property of the Developer or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or assets without prior written permission.
The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay, or that the Game will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan for any disputes.
